Affordable Housing
The Planning Permission in Principle that is currently in place provides for 25% affordable Housing within the development therefore 60 of the 240 houses to be build will be affordable. It is envisaged that these properties will be provided in conjunction with a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and may be a variety of tenures to cater for different affordability levels. The RSL will become responsible for the management of these properties therefore their preference is for them to be in one location which has been provided for within the layout.
